Inclusive, flat fee of $5,750

• A one-hour MCLE presentation on mental health, substance abuse, and self-stewardship for the firm’s attorneys and professional staff (or a similar presentation for groups at current/prospective clients of the firm, as part of an innovative business development program)

• A one-year license to distribute and publish internally a video of the presentation, and all related work product and course materials.

• One separate live presentation for those unavailable to attend the first talk.

• Five 45-60 minute one-on-one non-clnical wellness mentoring sessions via Zoom or phone following the live presentation(s).

• A one-hour live CLE presentation on the ethical issues that often arise when a firm lawyer manifests behavior/symptoms of a possible “mental impairment.”

• Presentation also provides advice on mental health best practices within the law firm including a blueprint for a robust mentoring system.

• A one-year license to use a video of the presentation and related course materials internally and with firm clients.

• My ongoing availability for consulting on a limited basis.

One-on-one non-clinical wellness mentoring for attorneys and other firm employees who may be facing mental wellness challenges. (Quarterly flat retainer or hourly rate to be discussed).

($4,500 for all three courses)

Three 45-minute classroom/roundtable discussions for young lawyers and other legal professionals on wellness and self-care, beating burn-out with resilience-building, effective work management, and common sense ideas on defeating impostor syndrome, fear of failure, and perfectionism.
